Rechargeable batteries last up to 10 days if there are no sun to keep the batteries charged. Will automatically recharge when sun returns. Even charges in normal cloudy weather. Setting the beams up is very easy, a buzzer will sound when beams are in alignment making aligning these beams easy and fast. Simply point the one unit to the other and when you hear the buzzer you know they are in alignment. Beams can be placed a maximum of 30 meters apart, we suggest not more than 25 meters. Internal lenses can be turned so that a trespasser will not know in what direction the beams points and to make installation easier. An anti tamper function will trigger the unit when opened.
