A 1:For samples,it will costs 4-7 days, for less than 5000pcs,it will take 6-20 days, for more than 5000pcs, it will take 20-30 days.

A 2:Yes. We will return back the sample cost or the model cost when your total order reach to 1000pcs.

Q 3: What's the MOQ?
A 3: For our normal led products, we have no MOQ on them. Our OEM MOQ is 200pcs,ODM MOQ is 500pcs.(the quantity might be different according to the type of the led lights)

A 4: We accept Paypal,T/T ,West Union 100% in advance for order less than 30000USD. 30% in advance,70% before shipping is ok for big order.For bulk order,L/C is acceptable.

A 5:We provide 3-5 years warranty for the led lights.Once there is any quality problem, free repair or replacement is surely available.

100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 48 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after lighting.Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lights to see if it still work well .
