Common Rail Test Bench APEX-709 APE X-709 adopts full-automatic control, and can test hundreds of kinds of injector and high-pressure pump including BO SCH, SIE MENS, DELP HI, D ENSO, Cate rpillar etc. with complete experimental data.   Product Introduction APEX-709 adopts full-automatic control, and can perform maintenance test of Euro III, Euro IV, EuroV injector and high-pressure pump conveniently. It can test hundreds of kinds of injector and high-pressure pump including BO SCH, SIEM ENS, DE  lPHI, DENSO, Cater pillar etc. with complete experimental data. This test bench, integrated with original imported high-precision flow sensor, has functions: automatic measurement of oil quantity and automatic generation of fuel pump nozzle maintenance report etc..    Configuration

Injector Test Equipped with Bosc h original imported CP3 pump and high-pressure fuel rail with DRV, can drive 6- cylinder solenoid valve and Piezoelectric injector, to carry out injector test under different working conditions Can select number of injector cylinder to carry out automatic measurement cylinder by cylinder, test bench RPM, Automatic steering control, and automatic rail pressure regulation, maximum up to 2000Bar, can stabilize within 10Bar, and can measure oil amount and generates report automatically. After comparing experimental data of hundreds of kinds of injectors, it can automatically judge the injector to be tested is good or not via reports. All injector drive channels have short circuit protection function. Fuel Pump Test Can drive different kinds of high-pressure pumps like Bos ch CP1/CP2/CP3, De lphi CRSP, De nso HP3/HP4, Siem ens DCP and Denso HP0 pump. Test ben ch RPM, Automatic steering control, Automatic rail pressure regulation, the maximum can reach 2000Bar,can stabilize within 10Bar, and can measure oil amount and generates report automatically.
