We have two models trusses, one is spigot truss, the other one is bolt truss, both material is AL6082-T6, spigot truss is convenient for simple system like flat roof and peak roof truss system, and with stronger load bearing, bolt truss is convenient for complicated truss system, also it is very suitable for indoor assembly bcz of no knock. Work Flow The First Step should be material inspection, all the material arrived our factory should be inspected by Nord TUV first for the content to make sure they are 100% AL6082-T6, and then our QC inspect to make sure no rejections caused by transportation or serious scratch. the second step should be cutting, this is a easy job.and later we need fix the pipes on the moulds, how wonderful it is depends on what kind of machines you have, bolt truss machine is not suitable for spigot truss machine, bcz there is tolerance between this two machines, that's why most of manufacturer's truss can not be connected to Global Truss, but we can bcz we have same machines. the third step is spot welding, and later we will go next step, it's step four, we called it full welding,perfect welding always comes from expereience workers instead of green hand. mild correction is very important bcz truss will be bend or warped after welding, as you know this is bcz of high tempreture, this is what we have step five, it is really very important even customers always can not see this procedure, final step is testing installation, this will make sure you can get the 100% qualified truss, and after our scientific work flow, you can get the safe and fantastic event.
