Diesel generator -- Trailer Mounted Generator consisting of: 1 - Cummins diesel engine 2 - brushless alternator 3 - Operating control Panel

1 - diesel engine
For the diesel engine and electric generator all are installed on one common ironic base and they are tied together directly by flexible connector with anti-vibration support.

1 - diesel engine:

1. Structure: 4-strokes

2. Output power: 750 KW (continuous), speed 1500/1800 rpm.

3. Supported with standard speed system speed governor and speed-controller motor. 4. Cooling system: water-cooled with radiators and also adequate fan in order to protect from the heat (of the hot weather areas). 5. Oil circle: complete oil circle including oil filters having changeable parts with an adequate pressure to assure oil circulation into all engine operating parts provided with heat exchanger for cooling the oil.
6. Filteration system: By-Pass Oil Filtration System insuring a backup for the oil circulation in a case of engine damage.

7. A fuel cycles: must be a complete fuel circle to assure providing the engine with the diesel fuel from the daily fuel tank supported with a pump to raise the diesel into the fuel injection pump and then to the cylinders by filters using a fixed injection pressure for each cylinder 8. exhaust set: complete set to discharge the smoke, including a silencer, Heat insulation of exhaust smoke system and a cover to prevent entry of rain water.
9. Runtime: By low maintinance 24-volt battery having a capacity of not less than 170 amp 10. Starting up Motor: it must be 24-volt DC and Dinamo with battery charge 24-volt and not less than 30 amp
11. Turn off: must be provided with automatic valve - 24 volts DC as well as the manual valve.
12. Fuel pump: engine must be provided with fuel pump and daily fuel tank, enough to run 48 hours with Fuel Transfer Pum and protection devices of the machine to avoid low oil pressure and high engine temperature.   13. The management of the generators automatic turning on and off:

- The generator must be provided with thermometer for measuring and also alert lamb in the following cases:

- The high temperature of the engine or the cooling water.

- protection Equipment and automatic stop of the machine in the case of high temperature befor and after the cooler.

- Oil temperature before and after the heat exchanger.

- Low oil pressure.

- Increase the speed above the natural rate.

- A defect in the system startup.   Electrical Generator: 1.       Power generator (continuous power operation) 750 KW (at the altitude of 1000 meters above sea level).
