Quality Control:
Every order is checked throughout the production process by our QC department. 100% of the LED tube light will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability, and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours' lighting. Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still works well. Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer


Warranty Term
1. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product have a failure occurs under normal usage within warranty period, Deli will provide free maintenance service based on the proof-documents and invoice(copy) of failure product.
2. Deli will provide paid maintenance service by under conditions within warranty.
(1). Failure or damage due to force majeure.
(2). Failure or damage due to transport or unloading.
(3). Failure or damage due to incorrectly usage or fail to comply with the User's Guide and Caution.
(4). Failure or damage due to demolition, repair, alteration without Manufacturer's authorization.
3. Please deliver the failure product by original packing for maintenance service, Deli will not responsible for any failure or damage in transportation if customer use non-original packing or improper packing.
4. Deli reserves the right for final explanation of aforesaid terms.


DELIVERY TIME
- 1-3 working days for sample order, 10-12 workings for bulk order, depend on Q'ty.
