Efficient Gravity Separator Machine YC(S) Concentrating Table

Description:

Concentration table is popular with mine owners and it is used to classify the granularity 2-0.2mm ore and ore slime, tungsten, niobium, manganese, chromium, titanium, zinc, gold, iron and other metallic minerals. It is composed of bed, bed head and driving merchandise three parts. According to feed ore sizes and ore density, proper bed type can be chosen .

Features

1. The rich ore ratio (the ratio between concentrate and raw ore) is far higher than other ordinary beneficiation methods.

2. Eligible concentrates and ineligible tailings can be provided at one time.

3. Minerals are in the shape of sector, which makes it easy for observation and adjustment.

4. The partition plate can separate minerals with different properties, so different kinds of minerals can be provided.

Application

Concentrating table is applicable to fine minerals, like tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, other rare metals and precious metals. It is also able to process ferro-manganese and mica and reclaim iron from tailings.

Working principle

This machine is composed of three parts, i.e. head of shaking table, surface of shaking table, as well as bearing and adjusting gradient. The working principle of this machine is to use the combined action of the specific gravity difference of sorted minerals, alternating movement of bed surface, and transverse oblique water flow and riffle (or notch groove), to allow loose layering of ores on the bed surface and fan-shaped zoning. Then different products can be produced.
