Description:
This is a case product we machined for an industrial customer, with precise bearing mounting holes and other features on it. It is cut from a big block of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. As bearings will be mounted when use, the holes must be very precise with tolerance just less than 0.015mm. Our state-of-the-art coordination boring machine can do this job perfectly while keeping the geometric tolerance at 0.02mm level, for example, the concentricity and roundness etc. Some manufacturers just has CNC milling centers, lathes etc can’t do this job well.
