I. Function: Slitting line is used to shear the wide coil into several narrow coils. It's

a machine line to do the longitudinal shearing.

II. Composed device

1. Hydraulic expand and shrink de-coiler

1) structure:four rods mechanical manual adjustment with damping device

2) specification:Φ520max×550.

3) Capacity:3MT (Max).

4) Function: it is used to fix the steel coils and do de-coiling. By using the crane to make the coils on the decoiler and manually expand and shrink is driven by the push of core shaft to tight inner hole of steel coil .The decoiler is equipped with the brake device and adjust manually to make the tension decoiling possible.

2.Φ200×550mm Disc slitting machine
