I. PTFE   Introduction

PTFE  comes with  unbelievable  chemical  resistance  against  almost  all chemicals except  for  some   fluorides and molten alkali metals.This  thermoplastic polymer  is  the most  initial  type  of  fluoroplastics and  has  the most  extensive  applications.

II. PTFE  Strength:

1.Prominent  flame  retardance   with   limiting  oxygen index  below 90.

2.Low  coefficient   of  friction.

3.Non-stick  properties  and  self-lubrcation.

4.Outstanding  resistance  to  temperature  ranged from  -200℃ to 260℃.

III. PTFE    Applications

2.Abrasion  resistance  parts   such  as   static  and  synamic  O-ring,piston  ring,washer,valve  support, bearing,bearing pad, sliding block and  guide  rail,etc.

3.Products   resistance     to  thermal,high  frequency  electricity  and  electric  arc,such  as  high   frequency, cable, moisture resistant  cable and capacitor,etc.

4.Graft materials such as artificial  blood vessel,artificial heart,artificial heart,artificial esophagus,artificial peritoneum,artificial heart and lung dialysis membrane,as well as all kinds of canulas and catheters,etc.

5.Non-stick coating materials for all kinds of non-stick cookware and non-stick rollers for food manufacture equipment.

I. MC Nylon  Introduction

Cast  Nylon is one time higher than  PA6(POLYAMIDE 6) in terms of molecular weight,whereby this kind of engineering plastic is twice as outstanding as PA6 in various properties,and own very low stress level.

Cast Nylon is the industry-proven wear material for manufacture of large products,espacially in small volume,various types and complex structures,such as large gears,sliding bearing,mid to high-speed load-carrying bearing,roller,valve sear and guide rail,etc.

Addtionally,this poluamide product is also the cost feeective solution for expensive manufacture of mould.
