HTU21D sensors are dedicated humidity and temperature plug andplay transducers for OEM applications where reliable and accuratemeasurements are needed. Direct interface with a micro-controlleris made possible with the module humidity and temperature digitaloutputs. HTU21D sensors are low power consumption designed for highvolume and cost sensitive applications with tight spaceconstraints
Every sensor is individually calibrated and tested. Lotidentification is printed on the sensor and an electronicidentification code is stored on the chip which can be read out bycommand
Furthermore, the resolution of HTU21D sensor can be changed bycommand (8/12bit up to 12/14bit for RH/T), low battery can bedetected and a check sum improves communication reliability
