Main material and structure: 2-4mm thick acrylic panel (need to print surface), ABS or other plastic materials back, aluminum, stainless steel or iron frame and bracket
Structure: LED lights (led module) + acrylic light boxes
LED lights are generally connected to AC110-220V power supply, with power adapter with plug
Some powered by a rechargeable battery
Shape: Round (30cm, 35cm, 40cm, 45cm, 50cm, 60cm diameter), square (25cm x 25cm, 20cm x30cm, 25cm x 40cm), profiled (irregular shape), can be customized according to customer specific shapes.
The main production process: plastic molding Vacuum forming / Blister
Plastic is a plastic processing technology, the main principle is the flat hard plastic sheet is heated to soften, vacuum adsorption on the surface of the mold, cooling after molding, widely used in plastic packaging, lighting, advertising, decoration and other industries.
Printing process: screen printing silk screen images can be printed according to customer requirements.
