AWT sequence timer is specialized in valve gate hot runner system equipment,in orde to make the injection molding products without connecting line ,the squence timer can open and close the pneumatic valve of its nozzle accurately through the locking signal from injection molding machine according to customer's requirement upon injection mold adjustable delay locking plastic injection and different time periods close of valve needle .

1) the card inserting structure, convenient repair, replacement fast, does not affect the production;
2) with 0,1 two working modes for choose , parameter setting is simple, stable and reliable work;
3) with direct manual control valve function;
4) with 4 time can be set, according to customer needs, in a work cycle ,optional control valve action can be once or two times;
5) input signal can choose switch or DC24V, suitable for connection of various clamping signal;
6) output signal can choose switch or DC24V or AC220V, suitable for connection of various valves.
