The thermostat has an alarm function in which
Both the upper and lower alarm limit can be set together with time delays.
Temperature sensors
The controller can be set to regulate on
Receiving a signal from the sensor ahead of the evaporator or the sensor after the evapo- rator.
Thermostat
The thermostat can be set in one of the following ways:
- Normal thermostat function. - Modulating thermostat function.
Less temperature variation between cut-in and
Cut-out than with the normal thermostat function. (The function should only be used in central systems. )
Day/night function
The internal day/night function can be used for
Three things:
- It can carry out night setback of the temperature (when night lid is used)
- It can activate the digital output if it has been defined for light switch (this function cannot be used, if the relay is used for
Controlling the compressor).
- It can perform cold accumulation in periods when the price of electricity is low.
Compressor control
The digital output can control the compressor,
So that the compressor is only cut in when the thermostat demands refrigeration (this
Function cannot be used, if the relay is used for controlling the light).
Defrost on Demand
This function saves energy.
It analyses whether or not a planned defrost needs to be performed or can be skipped. The
Analysis is conducted for each planned defrost cycle.
Defrost sensor
The sensor on the evaporator monitors the temperature during defrost. The controller stops the defrost cycle when the evaporator has reached a given temperature.
This function also means that the defrost time is not longer than necessary.
Fan control
You can save energy by starting and stopping, the fan in a cycle where the thermostat is not demanding refrigeration.
Log function
It is possible to select a temperature for logging. If a log interval of 15 minutes is
Selected, the logged values can be stored for a year.
Alarm management
The alarms the controller is capable of generating can be defined in importance.
Some alarm conditions are important and must be indicated immediately; Others can be entered as information in the list of alarms.
Sensor correction
All measurements from the temperature
Sensors can be corrected, to compensate for long cables.
