INSTRUCTIONS

1) Plug the unit into the bottom of your iPhone
2) Turn your iPhone ON. Ensure the power remains ON. For example, make sure the screen on your iPhone is ON, as the breath testers power comes from the iPhone remaining ON. There are no batteries to insert into the breath tester.
Hold down the power switch for 3 seconds on the unit until the screen comes on. It will then show "wait" and also " 0 "
3) The unit will then show 'Blow' and count down from 10. You should blow for 10 seconds as soon as you see the word 'Blow'. After 10 seconds, the unit will beep and then show your reading
4) There are different results on the screen
A The percentage is less than <.02%BAC The light will be green
B The percentage is more than > .02% BAC but less than < .05%BAC The light will be orange and the slow beep alarm will soundC The percentage is more than >.05%BAC. The light will be red and the quick beep alarm will sound
5) You can adjust the unit from %BAC to MG/L by pressing the power button on unit
6) The power will turn off automatically on the unit after a few seconds after the result. You can also simply disconnect the unit from the iPhone when finished to turn off
Important: If your iPhone turns off while using the breath tester, it will also turn off the breath tester.
Always ensure the iPhone screen remains 'on' while using the unit.

Reference only and the manufacturer does not take any legal responsibility.
- always wait at least 20 minutes after drinking, smoking or eating before taking a test
- for accurate results, wait at least 3 minutes before repeating a test
- do not use any chemicals / alcohol etc to clean unit
- modifying or tampering with the unit can result in malfunction.
