We are producing alextree as per customer's drawing, if you have any drawings, please feel free to contact me.
Alextress will be prcoessed by turning and milling, the last will be grinding.
Our turning machine is exported from USA and Japan, the brand is HAAS and MIYANO, we can insure the tolerance in 0.002mm.
Our milling machine is made in Chinese Mainland and Taiwan, tolerance can be in 0.005mm.
The grinding machine is made in China, tolerance can be in 0.002mm.
We also accept SGS checking and make ROHS certificate, or other inspection if you want.
For our quality, before we delivery goods, we will provide a test report that will show all actual size of product, you can check the size, if they can't meet the request, we will remake it until your confimration.
For material checking, our factory have professional material checking machine of SPECTRO, we can provide the report, if you want.

Besides, If you need sample of alextree, please kindly provide your drawings to us. We will offer sample testing report for your confirmation before we send the sample. The report will write all actual size according to your drawing, so you could check the size, if the actual size doesn't within your tolerance, we will re-make sample. Only getting your agreement, we will send sample to you! So that, you will never worry about receiving bad sample, because you can control the quality!
