The highest tolerance for metal parts will be in ±0.002mm.
The highest tolerance for plastic Parts will be in ±0.01mm.

Production process:
The first, 
saw the workblank by sawing machine, after that, process the inside hole and cut the outside to specified shape based on drawing, then make male thread on it by CNC machine.
The second, 
then clean the surface by manual ultrasonic cleaning machine or automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine.
The last, 
test all size by our testing machine based on drawing request.
  
Besides, If you need sample, please kindly provide your drawings to us. we will offer sample testing report for your confirmation before we send the sample. The report will write all actual size according to your drawing, so you could check the size, if the actual size doesn't within your tolerance, we will re-make sample. Only getting your agreement, we will send sample to you! So that, you will never worry about receiving bad sample, because you can control the quality!
