OTA upgrade Firmware Vehicle tracker

Vehicle GPS tracker TK116 is automatically turn "on" after startup, register with GSM network. After that, it will attempt to create an IP network connection. If such a connection is unavailable, it will still allow connection through SMS or the physical UART.
