Injection system

D. Injection displacement is controlled by magnetic gauge, and injection stage can set on HMI (Human-Machine Interface), therefore operation will be more accurately & safety. Fast-speed injection transmit signal independent & intensification transmit signal independent, can keep product at a high quality. Injection pressure & injection speed can be step-less adjusted.

E. Independent setting injection & intensification accumulator: Noninterference between fast-speed injection & intensification, independent regulator. Germany BUSAK & SHAMBA CO., Ltd design and produce injection oil cylinder & accumulator oil seal, ensure injection oil cylinder & accumulator work for a long time.

Hydraulic system

A. Hydraulic main system adopts double proportional control system, HMI computer system, die close lineal transducer and injection magnetic railings ruler, to machine adjust more convenient and safety. Multi-parametric storage, is beneficial to large scale production management. Pressure & speed can be step-less adjusted.

B. Logic valve & hydraulic screw-in valve are widely used, so reduce possibility of system inner leaking and improve hydraulic valve working life & anti- polluted capacity.

C. Import filter of hydraulic oil pump inlet, ensure hydraulic oil pump for a long working life; High pressure pipeline of hydraulic oil pump outlet, ensure hydraulic oil system cleanness, up-grade machine reliable.
