1. High reliability: The valves and pressure gauges for the injection section of this machine are imported from Japan, thus ensuring high stability and reliability for mechanic performance.

2. High rigidity: Compared with China-made die-casting machines, this system has larger pillar and thus improves clamping rigidity and stability.

3. Stable pressurizing system: Provided with faster, more powerful and stable pressurizing system, reduces pressurizing time to 15ms or below.

4. Quick and easy to operate: Operating screen is located on the operator panel, thus making operation and setting faster and easier.

5. Switching between low speed and high speed. Upper limit and lower limit for the measured value of various items in the high-speed zone can be set.

6. When deviating from upper/lower limit, alarm output can be set for signal display. Generally, it outputs (optional) cyclic stop.

7. Measured value is displayed at screen for each injection point, which can be saved manually or automatically.

8. When deviating from the upper or lower limit for alarm concerning product quality, measured value may be displayed as red or blue (red for upper limit and blue for lower limit).

9. With new automatic diagnostic function, users can quickly complete troubleshooting based on screen prompting, thus minimizing breakdown time.
