This aluminum alloy die casting part is the driver sprocket hub is used for the beach buggy/ beach buggy/ATV/DTV. It's made of aluminum, and the process is Die Casting + Machining + Black Oxidation Surface Treatment.

We do the mould making, die casting, machining inhouse, but do the surface treatment in other factory.
