This dune buggy subframe material is aluminum alloy, with process of Die Casting + Machining + Black Oxidation Surface Treatment.

We do the mould making, die casting, machining inhouse, but the surface treatment in other factory.

Two sets of 125 ton, two sets of 250 ton, two sets of 350 ton, two sets of 450 ton two sets of 600 ton and one set of 800 ton.
Daily check every hour to control the qulity
Production process: Turning, milling, drilling, lathing, grinding, wire cutting tapping.
Strong design team and computer ability, software: Autocad, Solidworks, Pro-E, Mechanical desktop, CAD-CAM.
Material: Aluminum 380, aluminum 360.
Advanced inspection measure by CMM, projecting, roughness tester, hardness tester, salt spray tester.
15 year experience.
Secondary surface operation: Anodize, sandblasting, powder coatin
