3. Production Process:
1) Odrer Confirmation

After customer confirm the order, provide artwork and pay for the 30% deposite, we will make a printing plate according to customer requrements.
2) Printing
The professional worker will check the printing details during the printing.

3) Lamination
Through laminated machine, two or three lays material are lamianted together.
4) Dividing Deparment
After lamination, we use divide machine to cut the surplus parts

5) Bag Cutting Department

Adjusting the bag cutting machine according to the bag size, the bag will passed by the roller to the cutting knife.

6) QC Department

After finish bag cutting, 3 or 5 QC will check the bag quality and printing before packaging and delivery.
