Warranty
Two years since the date of purchase for LED indoor light & LED industry light.
Warranty term
1. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product have a failure occurs under normal usage within warranty period, we will provide free/rework new products
2. If Failure or damage due to incorrect operation, wire connection, or anything other do not follow our instuction, Vinstar will provide maintance within warranty period with some charge.
Led ceiling light Trade Terms:
1. Payment term: TT 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance after goods ready before shipping. Or paypal, or Western Union for small amount.
2. Lead time: Normally in 7-10 work days for 1000pcs after deposit received
3. Sample policy: Samples are always availble for each model. Samples can be ready in 3~7 work days once payment received.
4. Shipping port: Shenzhen
5. Discounts: We offer discount for big quantity.
Delivery detail:
We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which takes 3~ 5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive, or by sea which takes about one month to arrive, depending on your actual requirements.
