Aluminium Alloy pipe rack products is the new type pipe rack product in our company.
Aluminium pipe and pipe joints are same as the plastic coated pipe and pipe joints. They can assemble different trype of pipe rack ystem, such as pipe rack workbench(workstation, working table), pipe racking and pipe rack transportation.
What's the different of plastic coated pipeπpe joints system and aluminium alloy pipes&joints?
1. The different surface treatment.
Plastic coated pipe is coating PE/ABS outside, and the plastic coated pipe joints are electrophoresis and chrome plated surface treatment. The surface of the aluminum alloy tube and the connector is oxidation processing.
2. Different thickness of pipes.
Flexible lean pipe thickness in 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm and 1.5mm. But aluminium pipe thickness is 1.7mm.
3. Different in weight.
Aluminium pipe lighter than composite pipe. Thickness 1.7mm aluminium alloy pipe is 0.42kg/m. Flexible pipe in 0.8mm is 0.53kg/m.
4. Different in structure.
All of the plastic coated pipe rack system joints are in female connecting. But some of the aluminum joints is form of claws.
5. Different in outside.
Plastic flexible pipe is ordinary round, but aluminium pipe similar to the octagon.
Using aluminium pipe&jints assemble pipe rack products, the aluminium pipe rack products appearance are more neat and nice. More lighter and more beautiful.
