1. Applications of Food Grade silicone rubber(addition cure)

It mainly use for making precision molds, silicon insoles, food grade molds(chocolate, cake moulds) life casting silicon products, fabric finishing, seal for electronic components and solar circuit board, trademark decoration, baby nipples, cable accessories, etc.

2. Main features of Food Grade silicone rubber(addition cure)

Low Viscosity, good operability, exceptional fluidity, good temperature, solvent resistance, and insulation properties, excellent tensile and tear strength, as well as good elasticity.

3. Using Instructions of Food Grade silicone rubber(addition cure)

Applicable to the injection molding process
Mixing component A with B evenly according its mix ratio, it is ready for use after degassing, it cures by heating up the temperature when pouring into the mold.
The curing time is subject to the temperature, short time will be required under high temperature, long time will be required while the product with large thickness.
