Easy to use

1. Press and hold down the power button.
2. Wait for a 10 second warm up (continue pressing power).
3. A "ready" green light will be displayed. (continue pressing power)
4. Blow into the air hole for 5 seconds from a 2-3cm distance. (continue holding power)
5. The relevant indicator light will inform your %BAC. Green - Little or no alcohol, Amber - Moderate level of intake, Amber and Red together or just Red indicates a high level of intake.
6. Release the power button to allow the tester to switch off

Precautions:

• It's recommended you wait 20 minutes after drinking before taking the test. It takes this long for alcohol to be absorbed into the blood and for any residual alcohol in the mouth to be dissipated.

• For accurate results wait 3 minutes in between tests.
• Do not eat or smoke 20 mins prior to testing.
• Do not use chemicals to clean the tester.
• Do not blow liquid into the breath pipe.
• Do not place tester in a closed environment with contaminated air.
