Cat5e UTP patch cord/Patch Lead/Patch Cable/Network Patch Cord
Every patch cords are strictly tested for the NEXT and Return Loss, in compliant with TIA/EIA 568 & ISO/IEC 11801 component standard. ( Component Compliancy ).
To ensure component compliancy, each patch cord will be individually tested with Fluke DSP-PCI patch cord adaptor for component testing. Channel testing will not be used for this purpose. Contacts features gold plating in order to comply with FCC part 68 F, to achieve longer product life cycle.

Twists are maintained to within 1/2(112.7mm) for superior NEXT performance. 37mm long boot is used to ensure the best bending radius and which is critical for achieving the best Return Loss performance.
Cat 6 patch cords are backward compatible with Cat5e and lower class products. Using stranded patch cable for better flexibility in accordance with EIA/TIA 606 standard. The RJ45 plug and the cables are terminated with PVC injection moulding to prevent the plug and the plating parts to get oxidized.

The slide in boot features a latch guard to prevent snag and damage of the latch of the plug and provides protection to the plug when routing through the pathways or the cable management. Using stranded patch cable for better flexibility in accordance with EIA/TIA 606 standard.
