GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The isolated 4 channel mA input module DAM8041 is a Din Rail mount I/O Module. The input is mA/mV and V.
The DAM 8041 converts the analog signal to a 16 bit digital format. The data is transmitted by the MODBUS RTU/ASCII protocol on RS-485 or RS232.
The DAM8081 is equipped with two Watch-Dog timers. In case of alarm, the outputs are forced automatically to a fail safe condition. The digital outputs can also be used as trip alarms of the input analog signal enabling local control.
