Warranty
1 When quantities of defective e cigarette rate is higher than 2%, Defective e cigarettes can be returned to our factory, and the shipping cost will be paid by us.
2 6 months for batteries, 2 months for atomizers from the shipping date. The shipping cost will be on clients' side.
3. If the product is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
4. All products must be returned on their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods
