How to refill?
1. Unscrew the drip tip from Bilstar CE4 V3 clearomizer carefully
2. Refill less than 1.6ml content smoothly from the side of the plastic tube
3. DO NOT pour the content into the middle hole of the tube, which is for airflow.
4. Screw back the drop tip in.
5. Please wait a moment for the content to feed into the coil head before starting to smoke.
