Features:
1. By compressed air to control filling, and the hopper has heat-preversing and mixing function, thus can fill articles which should be hot filled. If no need to heat & mix material, just turn off heating & mixing function by buttons, so the machine will no need power supply, especially good for anti-explosion condition, with great safety.
2. The filling volume and filling speed are easily adjustable. There is no need to replace any parts for filling bottles of different specifications.
3. There is anti-drip device on the filling head, thus ensuring no drawing or leakage.
4. The inlet tube is equipped with pneumatic ball valve, when filling, it will close, to prevent material back flowing when filling, thus ensuring high filling precision.
5. It is easy to dismantle. The hold hoop lock interface is easily remove to facilitate the cleaning work in special circumstances. Working platform can be also adjusted according to the containers.
6. The filling precision is extrodinary high: +/-1%, with Low failure rate.
