2. WATER FILLING MACHINE DESCRIPTION

3. ADVANTAGE OF OUR WATER FILLING MACHINE
1). According to the requirement of large capacity, 20000BPH for example, we adopts advanced high speed water valves for the filling heads which takes high efficiency to the production. NO BOTTLE NO FILLING.
2). The clamps don't contact with the bottle mouths. This avoids second pollution to the bottles.
3). The capping heads can be washed by detergent, which realizes sanitation of the capping module all the time.
4). Capping module adopts photoelectricity tracking system, which realizes "NO BOTTLE NO CAPPING"
5). Grippers can be used as transmission instead of the star wheel in the machine according to customer's requirement. This reduces change parts for different capacity bottles.
4. WATER FILLING MACHINE STRUCTURES
The parts which contact with the liquid are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
