(1): Description of the diagram
A, Give priority to the use of AC
Step1: When commercial power input is normal, AC power the load directly and recharge battery.
Step2: When commercial power shut off, the system will switch to give priority to the use of DC in 5ms automatically, ensuring normal working.
Step3: When commercial power is recovery, system will switch to give priority to use of AC and recharge battery.
B, Give priority to the use of DC
Recharge battery mainly from solar energy, commercial power assist recharging.
Step1: When commercial power is normal, voltage of battery higher than 11V, DC turn into AC through inverter and power load.
Step2: When the voltage of battery is lower than 11V, the system switch to commercial power automatically and recharging battery.
Step3: When the voltage of battery up to 13.5V, system switch to photovoltaic power and power the load.
Step4: When both commercial power and photovoltaic power broke down, battey will shut off with voltage lower than 10v
If commercial power is normal, AC will power load and recharge battery.
If commercial power still broke down, photovoltaic power recharge battery until voltage up to 12v and turn on with conversion mode.
(3): Intelligent charge
1) Charge different kinds of batteries, refer to the parameter of product(fifth of this manual)
2)Three charge stages
Stage 1: The charger will run at full current in CC mode until the charger reaches the boost voltage. Activate battery, promote power. (Boost CC Stage)
Stage2: The charger will keep the boost voltage in Boost CV mode. Give battery enough time to absorb energy, protect battery and electrode form over charge, extend life time. (Boost CV Stage)
Stage3: When the battery is full, It will turn into float voltage automatically to keep full power and check battery power all the time, stop working when charge finish to save power. (Float Stage)
(4)Power save mode(detect time is 5s): When boot under this mode, no load power consumption is 1w-6w, only CPU works, It will detect system cyclically, when load more than 30w, system will boot and enter normal working mode, power load in5s, when load is less than30w, It will enter energy-saving mode in5s. This mode save unnecessary power.
