3. Quality Guarantee Period:
Quality Guarantee Period shall be 12 months from the date of equipment inspection by both parties.
4. Maintenance:
The buyer shall entrust the relevant personnel with professional qualifications to undertake Maintenance work.

Time of Delivery:
1. The project duration indicated in this quotation is¬ Calendar days. (The actual production duration can be shortened to some extent if client has required specially)
2. Once contract comes into effect and the seller has received down payment, seller shall start calculation of project duration and launch equipment production.

Installation Guide:
1. If necessary, seller will provide 2 Engineers as installation guide - one Mechanic Engineer, one Electric Engineer. The installation guidance shall be completed in 10 days.
2. The installation Guide fee for ___days is already included in the quotation above. If buyer needs to extend the installation guide period, an extra installation guidance fee shall be charged by $50/person/day.
3. The buyer shall pay for all the actual expenses occurred during installation guidance period. The expenses include but not limited to a certain level (3 star hotel) transportations, meals, accommodations and allowances ($30/person/day) for guidance (Note: Installation guidance allowance is excluded in the quotation above)
