A: We mainly offers assembly service prototype to medium PCB assembly includes bare PCB board manufacturing, components sourcing and assembly. Any individual service or turnkey services are ok.
Q2: Can you do a partial PCB assembly?
A: Yes, we could do partial PCB assemblies. You could send us your BOM includes the components you need to assembly, or with instructions to us on which components you do/do not want placed, we will quote and arrange the assembly as you required.
Q3: What is your assembly cost in your quote included?
A: Our cost for PCB assembly usually includes solder stencil, placing components on the boards, SMT and THT assembly, cleaning, general testing and package.
Q4: What kind of files should I provide for assembly orders?
A: For PCBA turnkey manufacturing, Agile Circuit usually requires files include:
