liquid silicone rubber for resin products, molding silicone rubber  is white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 22-50 shore A ,after curing. Molding silicon rubber is a kind elastic silicon rubber mold which features with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion as well as high reproduction times, good tensile strength ,tear strength and elongation.

When it comes to choosing proper hardness and viscosity, usually lower hardness and viscosity is recommended for casting of small-sized products with intricate features , and higher hardness and viscosity is recommended for casting of simple or big-sized products. Our product\'s hardness ranges from shore 10A to 50A to meet customers\' different requirements.

Why could the silicone mold be reused only for a few times?

It can be due to the following reasons:

a. Adding too much silicone oil in to silicon rubber. Silicon oil is an additive which destroies the molecular weight of silicone rubber and reduce the tension and tear strength.

b. Using the silicon rubber with a high hardness to make molds for small sized products with delicate and intricate designs and the silicon rubber with a low hardness to makes molds for large sized products with simple designs.

operation way

1. Stir part A and part B with right mixing ratio (100:5) evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping. (If there is no vacuum machine, just mix less catalyst)

2. Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water) on your product.

3. Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame.

4.After about 3-5 hours, when the silicone get cured, take out the original mold, and there is th finished silicone mould.
