Using Guidance of silicone rubber for resin products:

(1) Take out a certain amount of liquid silicone base (part A)from the container;

(2) Take out a certain amount of liquid silicone base (part B) from the container and mix with part A.

(3) The two components of silicone rubber must be mixed homogeneously, otherwise, it will be partly cured and solidified;

(4) Deaerate in a vacuum cupboard to achieve bubble free vulcanization;

(5) Pouring the deaerated mixture over the highest point of the model to form castingmould;

(6)  Demolding after the liquid silicone solidified thoroughly.

(7) The mixed liquid silicone rubber will solidified in 3-4 hours under room temperature. 
 

Frequently asked questions of silicone rubber for resin products:

How to reduce the shrinkage?

1) Control the addition of catalyst. Usually, more catalyst would be added if you want to cured fast, but still we can adjust the working time and the curing time as you require.

2) Do not remould so fast, and pls let the silicone mold cured completely, which would take about 24 hours, then remould.

3) When you produce the products, pls put the mold flatly, then pour the plaster or other materials into it smoothly. When you do not usually the mold, you should store it flatly, not fold it, and you also can pour the plaster into it and not remould the finished plaster products, leaving it in the mold to keep the mold in original shape.
