platinum liquid silicone rubber to make silicon candy moulds are generally named as two-part room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber, which features an exceptional fluidity and good operability. When mixed with 2-3% curing agent, they can still be operated within 30 minutes, but will be formed after 2-3 hours. With resistance to deformation, high temperature, acid and alkali, and expansion, silicon flexible molds are used for mold duplication and delicate mold making for poli crafts, resin crafts lighting and candle crafts.

How to choose the right Hardness (shore A) :

 Usually lower hardness and viscosity is recommended for casting of small-sized products 

with intricate features , and higher hardness and viscosity is recommended for casting of simple or big-sized products. Our product\'s hardness ranges from shore 10A to 40A to meet customers\' different requirements.

10A to 40A feature - high tear strength and are great for production casting of resins, 

plasters, cement,concrete, etc.

Storage of platinum liquid silicone rubber

When the Molding RTV-2 Silicone Rubber is stored at or below 30 °C(85 °F) in the original 

unopened containers, RTV-2 Silicone Base and CA30 Curing agent have a usable life 

of 12 months from the date of production. 

After 12 months,please use a stirring mill to stir the Part A silicone for some minutes, then the silicone rubber can be use again, no influence for other performance.
