A: The factory building covers an area of 10000 square meters, and annual output exceeds 60MW, with 60% products exported abroad. 

 3. Q: Do your products have certifications?

A: Yes, our products have the certificates of CE, RoHs, FCC, IEC...We are assessment supplier by BV and TUV.

 4. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 

A: Our factory is located in Guangming New district Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. Shenzhen borders Hong Kong. Only half an hour from Shenzhen airport by car to our factory. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! 

 5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

 6.How long is the warranty of your products? How to guarantee the after-sale services?

A:We guarantee most of our products for one year,the solar panel for 5 years.

  We will prepare 3‰ to 5‰ accessories for easy damage parts. We will help you solve all the technology problems through email,phone,video... 

 7.Q: What is the payment terms,delivery port and MOQ of products?

A: We can quote you EXW,FOB,CRF and CIF price. The delivery port can be Shenzhen or Hongkong. We accept T/T ,L/C, western union, paypal,etc. The MOQ of the solar chargers and solar lights is 500pcs, for solar systems,100pcs is available..

 8. Q: Can I get some samples? 

A: Yes,of course. We are honored to offer you samples,usually samples can be ready in 3~7 days!

 9. Q: Please let us know if your product does not arrive in your delivery time frame?

A: This things never happened in our company till now, because we have professional managerial personnel to overview and control for every parts of production, and we usually have training to every staff, morning meeting with us everyday, all of our staff are full of passion. So you should never worry about these things.
