Functions:
A. The key function of overcharge & over discharged protection can extend the life span of the battery. The processor protects against arcing during the low voltage conditions
B. The standby function: Following five minutes after startup, if no output loads are detected the system will automatically enter into a low power consumption standby mode.

E. Independent Charging & Discharging: The system can charge and discharge independently.
