The iPa4 is a newest external battery pack case that works with iphone 4G/made for iphone 4G that looks very similar to the MiLi Power Spring and according to the manufacturers it is the \'worlds thinnest iPhone case with battery charger\'. 

The case is relatively thin, measuring just 17mm at its thickest point which is thinner than the MiLi Power Spring, which wasn’t too bad itself.

On the bottom of the case there is a micro-USB port for charging and a battery indicator with built in LEDs which shows you charge & discharge status.
