Fully automatic production is continuously done with Yamaha Auto-SMT machine. Reflow soldering , vibration 

gauge, high temperature and high voltage breaking test. Aging 

machine, integrating sphere as well as professional skilled staffs. Each process during the production is

 strictly committed according to international testing standard of UL/CE/RoHS ect.

Quality control

Quality control is high-priority activity in led lights production. We have established an integrated quality 

system with a quality organization and a QC center, which are responsible for the company’s IQC/OQC 

and reliability tests. All products quality is under the monitor. We must be ensure that every 

order is living up tp customers’ requirements and that applicable legal standards are met.

Every order is checked throughout the production process by our own team of dedicated quality controllers. 

The final inspection will be taken place after all goods are packed and ready for shipping.
