How to control the quality of 220V SMD5050 60leds led strip light 50m white color

1. We check all the material before production with our advanced equipment, to ensure the specification of material meet our requirement or customer’s special requirement.

2. We do the red ink test and 24 hours aging test to make sure the LED is OK.

3. We keep sample of LED of each order, including detail specification, if customer require the same color temperature in different order, we can make it as request. If any problem happen, we can also check what the problem was.

4.We used automatic SMT machine to put soldering paste on the PCB, to ensure every soldering point has enough soldering paste, which can avoid miss soldering problem.

5.We use automatic computer controlled high temperature reflow soldering machine, to ensure all the LED and components well soldered on the PCB, and avoid miss soldering problem.

6.We will do the third QC of goods, check the soldering problem, outlook(clean or dirty), color consistence of LED, our QC will also do the beating test for the LED strip to avoid any soldering problem.

7.We do the temperture test(-20~50) for 48hours, most problems can be found here. We can fix them in this procedure. If many LED has problem, we will reject all the goods and make new one for our customers.
