The special operation feature of charger:

The charger can charge to wide range battery pack by CC (constant current) for Ni-MH/Ni-Cd battery pack, and CC-CV for Li-Ion battery pack.

Have qualification process before fast charge starting to each battery pack on temperature, over charged or discharged situation, only confirm it’s under the limits then the fast charge can start, 
otherwise only trickle charge be present.
A  Wake-up function: To over-discharged battery pack, charger will export Top current to wake-up it in 5minutes, if battery pack voltage can recover in 5minutes, charger will get into fast 
    charging immediately, otherwise only trickle current and keep this states until the battery pack be   removed, the indicator will shows abnormal status, the red LED flash.
B. To over-charged battery pack or full battery pack, fast charge will be forbid, only trickle charge current be present until battery pack be removed, Red LED flash at this situation 
C. To over-high or over-low temperature battery pack, only trickle current be present until battery temperature drop to normal limits, then fast charge will begin, Red LED will charge from flash to solid “on”.
D. Battery chemical feature and voltage type recognizing function: During qualification process, charger will detect the code resistor or diode inside battery pack connecting with temperature sensing terminal to
     judge the battery pack chemical feature.


Other features:
A. Have 2 rectangles LED to indicate charging status, one Red LED and one Green LED, and the LED is high brightness type.
B. Have timer be set in software for back-up termination if -⊿V fail to be present on battery pack.
C. PCA will be varnished to provide moisture-proof on charger
D. Will consider bracket to cover the battery terminal from any outside short or electrical shock to human   
E. Have good insulation spacing between high voltage input and low voltage output circuit.
