The hanging type has four small blowers inside supporting wind, wind can be adjusted within a large range by a switch. blowers can produce a flow rich in magative and positive charges, can neutrolize the charges on the objects. When negative charges on the objects, they may attract the positive negative charges in the flow. when positive charges on the objects, they may attract the negative charges, then staic on the objects will be neutrolized reaching to the result of eleminating static.
