Q1: What is your MOQ?

Answer: There is different MOQ for different product. For example, integrated T5 tube batten fitting OEM MOQ is 500Pcs.

Q2: How about the delivery time?

Answer: It is depended on the quantity. For example, 5000pcs need to do OEM. Delivery time is 25 days.

Q3: What is your warranty?

Answer: We provide 2-5 years warranty for some project LED lights. During the warranty time we can replace or repair the defective products from customers.

Q4: Which brand LED chips you use?

Answer: Taiwan chips, American Bridgelux. We promise that we can keep the color temperature unified in all orders within one year. 

Q5: Can you offer sample for test?

Answer: Yes.

Q6: Can do FOB or not?

Answer: Now we do EXW as usual,but FOB is negotiable.
