Coolight has 7 years’ experience in LED Lighting business, and 5 years’ in manufacturing LED Lighting products. The founder of the company has more than 10 years’ experience in LED Industry.
All our 8 R&D team members are university educated; the team members have 3 to 7 years’ experience and the team leader has 10years’ experience in LED Lighting product and LED driver design.

2. Strict R&D control and test
All of our prototype sample, pilot production sample and mass production sample have to pass each strict test before allowing continuing the next step.
The tests including:
a. Hi-pot safety test according to CE standard: IEC-60598;
b. Sample fall-down test;
c. Case and solder-point temperature test after 4 hours’ working under 25℃;
d. Turn-on and Turn-off test for at least 10000 cycles;
e. +50℃,85%RH high temperature start over test and aging test;
f. -20℃ low temperature start over test and aging test;

3.Strict supply chin and manufacturing quality control
Coolight has a very strict quality control system both against for our own factory and also our suppliers to avoid big quality problem. We only work with reputable suppliers.

Our production schedule is monitored by the latest ERP system, aslo supplemented by a total quality management and 7S scene management so that we could always keep a high quality rate. Coolight was awarded ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System certification in 2002.
