1. We offer full size of LED Down light from 3 inch,4inch,,6inch,8inch for your selection,              
   to take place of 2x13W,2X18W,2X36W tradition down light              
2. For the LED Driver which we used is isolated driver. It design and made according to              
   Europe EMC Standard. The distance of the component inside the driver is 0.66mm. The raw              
   material electronics for our driver are all from brand name supplier from American, Janpan              
   and Taiwan. We can also offer you Meanwell driver for your option.              
3. For the LED we chosen are all from Brand supplier. The chip size we used are 24x24mil,the              
   yellow phosphor and glue are from American,99.9% gold for the wire, LED frame are from              
   Taiwan. The LED we used can pass LM80 test .For 6000 hours testing, it is only 3-5%              
   deduction.              
4. For the material of heatsink, we use 100% aluminum, which won’t have problem for the              
   heat dissipation.

2. Strict R&D control and test
All of our prototype sample, pilot production sample and mass production sample have to pass each strict test before allowing continuing the next step.
The tests including:
a. Hi-pot safety test according to CE standard: IEC-60598;
b. Sample fall-down test;
c. Case and solder-point temperature test after 4 hours’ working under 25℃;
d. Turn-on and Turn-off test for at least 10000 cycles;
e. +50℃,85%RH high temperature start over test and aging test;
f. -20℃ low temperature start over test and aging test;


 

3.Strict supply chin and manufacturing quality control
Coolight has a very strict quality control system both against for our own factory and also our suppliers to avoid big quality problem. We only work with reputable suppliers.

Our production schedule is monitored by the latest ERP system, aslo supplemented by a total quality management and 7S scene management so that we could always keep a high quality rate. Coolight was awarded ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System certification in 2002.
