Honestly, there are sooo many mold suppliers can supply you in China, cuz the technology is becoming more and more mature in CAD/CAE/CAM technology etc.. and in 2010 year China auto parts needs 180 billion yuan!!
Though this, there are different level mold suppliers in China, and the price between a good supplier and a bad supplier is quite different even there is 10 times different.. Because the the supplier area, mold equipment, molding processing, quality management is different.

You will need to run some trials to see what is best suited injection parameters. The release agent is not recommended since it takes away from the mold efficiency and added cost.
